Our founder
Iconic Ideation began with Hezekiah Randolph's recognition of a crucial gap: the struggle small businesses faced in navigating digital growth to make that next step. Witnessing firsthand the challenges and lack of knowledge hindering their expansion, Hezekiah embarked on a mission to bridge this gap for others seeking expansion. With a vision to empower small businesses with the tools and strategies needed to thrive online, Iconic Ideation was born. Our story
Hezekiah was initially just one man with a laptop and a desire to help people understand the "how" in business growth, and make more informed choices in their daily operations. Quickly, what was meant to be a side project grew into a viable business with a handful of employees. At first, Hezekiah's main focus was business development and traction through clicks, but slowly the team grew and was able to focus more on projects requiring ideation in an iconic way.
Now, Hezekiah is working together with esteemed brand names to make sense of the mountains of digital growth available to us in the digital galaxy.
